INFORMASI PERKULIAHAN FULL OFFLINE TERBATAS

Dinformasikan kepada seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta, berkaitan dengan SK Wakil Rektor 1 Nomer 015/A.WAREK I/ AMIKOM/IV/2022, Tentang Perkuliahan Offline Terbatas, maka ada beberapa point penting yang kami informasikan kepada mahasiswa , yaitu :

1.       Pelaksanaan perkuliahan Semester Genap 2021-2022 setelah pelaksanaan Ujian Tengah Semester Genap 2021/2022, akan dilaksanakan secara FULL OFFLINE Terbatas.

2.       Dosen dan Mahasiswa wajib hadir pada saat perkuliahan tatap muka (sinkron)

3.       Dosen dan Mahasiswa wajib melakukan persensi kehadiran pada saat perkuliahan

4.       Dosen dan Mahasiswa diizinkan masuk kedalam lingkup kampus jika:

§  Dalam keadaan sehat dengan suhu normal, tidak sedang demam, batuk dan atau pilek

§  Wajib menggunakan aplikasi peduli lindungi, dan atau menunjukkan sertifikat bukti vaksin min 2 kali, jika terjadi error sistem.

5.       Jadwal dan waktu perkuliahan dapat di lihat di dashboard masing-masing.

6.       Ujian Akhir Semester dan Ujian Remidial dilakukan secara Online.

7.       Perkuliahan Full Offline Terbatas mulai efektif tanggal 30 Mei 2022

INFORMATION OF THE LECTURE OFFLINE FULL LIMITED

Informated to all students at Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta, related with the SK from Vice of Rector 1 Number 015/A.WAREK I/ AMIKOM/IV/2022, about the lecture of offline limited, so that there are some important point which we are inform to all students, that is :

1.       Implementation of the lecture for Even Semester in 2021-2022 after implementation of the Midterm Exam in Even Semester 2020/2021, will be implemented by OFFLINE FULL LIMITED.

2.       Lecturers and students must attend the face to face lecture (sinkron)

3.       Lecturers and students must be in attendance at the lecture.

4.       Lecturer and students must attend with lecturers face to face. Lecturers and students must be an attendant when lecturers. Lecturers and students are permitted to enter the campus scope if :

§  in a healthy condition with usual temperature, not having a fever, cold or cough

§  Must used the application of peduli lindungi, and or show the proof of a certificate vaksin minimun 2x, if towards system error.

5.       The schedule and time of the lecture can be saw on each dashboard

6.       Final Exam Semester and Remedial Exam is going by online

7.       Date of effective limited full offline lecture start on May, 30th 2022
